2023 Storefront Guidelines
How to sign up:
Since there are a limited number of slots each family is allowed only one in the beginning. A slot consists of a 4 hour time period at one door. If smaller families with younger children can't do a full 4 hours they can split that time with another family on their own if they so choose. I will be adding slots as more businesses are reached, but if you have already reserved one please leave new openings for families who have not been able to. If a slot has not been reserved within 48 hours of the date it is up for grabs to anyone even if they have already received a slot. The school will send a message when new slots become available.
Please have an adult present with the children at all times. Have the children in uniform and please be courteous to patrons and respectful of the business's property. If you are running late please let the next family or myself know. If you need to cancel please contact me as soon as possible so I can try to get a replacement.
Signage and tables:
We will provide a table, tablecloth, and sign to use. These items will be stored in the cry room. The family with the first slot of the day MUST pick them up and the last family is responsible for returning them so that they are available for the next day. It is very important to have them for presentation and for the other families that will show up the rest of the day so please make sure you do this.
