All applications to Assumption Academy or Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Academy are handled by Assumption Academy.

New families will be contacted for placement tests in math, language arts, and Latin. Additional work may be sent home to be completed for entry into the appropriate grade level. All applications must be approved by the Principal, so you will be notified if your children are accepted into the academy following the testing.

Tuition and Fees 2024-2025
Tuition: Tuition is the price of instruction for students enrolled at the Academy. Various fees, where applicable, are extra as detailed below. Current annual tuition charges are as follows. All tuition and fees are subject to change.
Credit cards are accepted, however families will be charged processing fees (2.85%).
K – 1st Grade: $2,100
2nd – 8th Grade: $2,700
9th – 12th Grade: $3,750
Discounts: 0% Oldest, 15% 2nd Oldest, 25% 3rd Oldest, 50% 4th Oldest, 75% 5th Oldest, 100% 6th Oldest and any additional children.
FEES: ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Enrollment (returning students): $15/student
Application for Financial Aid: $30/family
Late fee (if enrolling after the current year deadline): $50
Book Rental Fees: $100 per student
Senior Graduation Fee: (Assessed only in senior year per student) $100
Fundraising requirement: $400 per student and 8 hours of parental help at festival
Incidental Fees:
Sports: $75 per sport High School, $35 per sport Middle School
Damaged Books: Based on condition/value of book damaged due to negligence over normal wear and tear
Field Trips: (variable)
Possible other costs:
Retreat: about $350 (if applicable)

Sports physicals
Yearly sports physicals are required for all boys in 6th -12th who wish to play team sports. Physicals apply only to the academic year in which they were obtained, no matter when they were obtained. Although all boys are encouraged to join the Horsemen team in one or all our sports (Soccer, Baseball, Basketball), participation is voluntary. Parents must submit all pages completed to the academy, and the doctor's form must be completed by a licensed physician to be considered valid.
