INSTRUCTIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
2021 Storefront Guidelines
Open Sign-ups. Since there are more families and fewer slots this period will allow every family to have a minimum of 1 slot at Walmart.
1. Open sign-ups will be held from Wednesday 4/3 at 12 noon until Wednesday, 4/10 at 3pm. This will be first come first serve.
2. The entire current list of available slots will be posted in a google sheet on the Festival fundraising page.
3. Each family is asked to take only one slot from the list. A "slot" is defined as a one 4-hour time-slot day, one store, and one door. Please put your name next to the slot you are taking.
4. At the end of the Open Sign-up period, the unreserved spots will be removed from the list and will switch to first come first serve with slots open for sign-up every 2 weeks at 7pm. The first sign up will be Monday, April 15th at 7pm.
5. The list will always show which slots are taken and by whom in case you need to contact them for any reason.
First Come, First Serve Listings.
This is how the remainder of the storefront slots, new slots, and events will be made available.
1. Upcoming slots will open biweekly on Mondays at 7 p.m., beginning Monday, April 15th. Available slots will be in red and unavailable in black.
2. A "slot" is one family, one shift, both doors (if needed; but be sure to enter family name for both doors to reserve, otherwise the other door remains unreserved.)
3. The list will always show which slots are taken and by whom in case you need to contact them for any reason.
Events (Fairs, Independence 4th of July, etc.)
1. Public events where we can sell tickets will be listed using this same system.
2. We will make one of the easy to manage Festival games and a table is available to take to the event.
Signage for Storefronts
1. Storefront tables and signage will be available and stored at the back of the cry room. There will be a sign on the wall indicating where they should be.
2. Whoever has the tables and signage must return them to their storage location at the end of the day or the following morning.
